Pumice

Mine is the one with the freshly carved out niche

A couple little sculptures I made out of a volcanic rock called pumice. The firsts of my many works I hope to create in New Zealand. I carved them out with a plastic fork and a bottle cap believe it or not.

Pen and ink wash on strathmore

A quick and easy way to create a nice illustration. I have found this method of drawing to be very satisfying and with quick results. Work time 2-3 hours.
this work began as a sketch, it was then scanned and opened in Photoshop where i added color. Finally I separated each color channel and printed them out. I then burned them into a silkscreen and added began the silkscreening process.
My first post, I am a recently graduated artist and graphic designer. I'm trying to get my work out there. I am able to complete works such as illustration, web design, graphic design, sculpture, oil painting, silkscreen and many more. In my next few blogs I will be posting some of my recent work in these fields in order to give you a taste of what I can do.
